Claims (4)
- 액정층을 사이에 두고 서로 대향하는 상부 기판과 하부 기판으로 이루어지고, 상기 하부 기판은 액티브 영역과 주변 영역으로 이분된 FFS 반투과형 액정표시장치에 있어서,상기 액티브 영역에는 상기 하부 기판 상에 게이트와, 상기 게이트 상에 적층된 제1 절연층과, 상기 게이트 상부의 제1 절연층 상에 적층된 액티브와 상기 액티브 상에 적층된 소스-드레인과, 상기 액티브 및 상기 소스-드레인을 덮도록 상기 제1 절연층 상에 적층된 제2 절연층과, 상기 액티브 일측 상기 제2 절연층 상에 적층된 ITO로 된 카운터 전극과, 상기 카운터 전극의 일측부에 적층된 불투명 금속의 반사판과, 상기 카운터 전극 및 상기 반사판을 덮도록 상기 제2 절연층 상에 적층된 보호층 및 상기 보호층 상에 적층되며, 상기 소스-드레인 상부에 형성된 제1 비아 홀을 통해 상기 소스-드레인과 전기적으로 연결되도록 상기 ITO로 된 화소 전극이 구비되며,상기 주변 영역에는 상기 하부 기판 상에 공통 버스 라인과, 상기 공통 버스 라인 상에 상기 제1 절연층과, 상기 제2 절연층과, 상기 카운터 전극과, 상기 반사판 및 상기 보호층이 연장되고, 상기 보호층 상에 적층된 ITO층이 구비되며,상기 ITO층은 상기 공통 버스 라인 상부에 형성된 제2 비아 홀을 통해 상기 공통 버스 라인과 전기적으로 연결되고, 상기 연장된 카운터 전극 상부에 형성된 제3 비아홀을 통해 상기 카운터 전극과 전기적으로 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 FFS 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1,2,3 비아 홀은 동일한 마스크에 의하여 동시에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 FFS 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 주변 영역으로 연장된 반사판 상부 보호층에는 제4 비아 홀이 더 형성되어, 상기 공통 버스 라인과 상기 반사판이 상기 제4 비아 홀에 마련된 상기 ITO층에 의하여 전기적으로 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 FFS 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제1,2,3,4 비아 홀은 동일한 마스크에 의하여 동시에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 FFS 반투과형 액정표시장치.
