Claims (11)
- 관통공이 형성되고 서로 병렬 적층된 구조로 형성되는 다수의 증발기핀과, 1개의 연장된 파이프를 수 회 절곡하여 다수의 직진부(直進部)와 절곡부(折曲部)를 이루며 상기 관통공에 관통하며 압입 조합되어 형성되는 증발기관을 구비하는 냉장고의 증발기에 있어서,상기 증발기는 발열선과 이 발열선을 덮는 절연물질로 이루어진 발열체를 더 포함하되,상기 발열선을 덮는 절연물질은 판형으로 성형된 PET 필름으로 이루어지고, 상기 PET 필름에는 상기 증발기핀의 관통공과 대응되도록 관통공이 형성되며, 상기 발열선이 상기 PET 필름의 관통공 주위로 지그 재그로 절곡형상을 이루며 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 냉장고용 증발기의 제상장치.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 발열체는 적어도 한 개 이상의 증발기핀의 테두리에 동시에 고정 부착됨을 특징으로 하는 냉장고용 증발기의 제상장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,적어도 한 개 이상의 연속 배치되는 증발기핀에는 상기 증발기핀의 길이방향과 수직 또는 수평방향으로 관통장공이 형성되고, 상기 관통장공에 상기 발열체가 관통되며 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 냉장고용 증발기의 제상장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,적어도 한 개 이상의 연속 배치되는 증발기핀에는 상기 증발기핀의 길이방향과 수직 또는 수평방향으로 삽입장홈이 형성되고, 상기 삽입장홈에 상기 발열체가 삽입되며 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 냉장고용 증발기의 제상장치.
