Claims (1)
- 조향 기어 또는 조향 칼럼에 가변기어기구를 장착하여 차량의 상태정보를 토대로 전륜 조향각 보상 제어를 수행하는 능동 전륜 조향 시스템이 적용되어, 조향 어시스트 제어를 수행하는 조향 시스템에 있어서,상기 능동 전륜 조향 시스템의 AFS ECU가 각종 차량상태 정보 검출 센서로부터 조향각, 횡가속도, 요 레이트, 차속을 각각 입력받아 적정의 조향비를 설정하는 제1단계와,상기 조향 시스템의 ECU가 자가진단로직에 따라 페일이 발생하였는지를 판단하여 페일이 발생한 경우 이 페일을 포함한 정보를 통신수단을 통해 상기 AFS ECU로 전달하는 제2단계와,상기 AFS ECU가 상기 제2단계에서 전달받은 정보로부터 조향 시스템에 페일이 발생하였는지를 판단하는 제3단계와,상기 제3단계의 판단 결과, 조향 시스템에 페일이 발생하지 않았다면, 상기 제1단계에서 설정된 적정 조향비를 토대로 정상적인 전륜 조향각 보상 제어를 수행하도록 제어하는 제4단계와,상기 제3단계의 판단 결과, 조향 시스템에 페일이 발생하였다면, AFS 구동회로부로 목표 조향비를 가장 크게 설정하기 위한 해당 제어신호를 출력하여 AFS 모터의 구동 및 가변기어기구의 작동을 제어하는 제5단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 능동 전륜 조향 시스템을 이용한 조향 시스템의 페일세이프 제어방법.
