- 압전 트랜스포머용 고효율 PSN-PMN-PZT 압전세라믹 제조방법에 있어서,0.03Pb(Sb0.5Nb0.5)O3-0.03Pb(Mn1/3Nb2/3)O3-(0.94-x)PbZrO3-xPbTiO3의 조성이 되도록 PbO, ZrO2, TiO2, Nb2O5, MnCO3 및 Sb2O3 원료분말을 준비하며, 이때 상기 원료분말 중의 Zr/Ti비가 0.475/0.465가 되도록 준비하는 단계;상기 원료분말을 지르코니아 볼과 증류수를 이용하여 24시간 밀링하는 단계;상기 밀링된 분말을 건조하고, 100mesh 이하로 분급하는 단계;상기 분급된 분말을 1123K에서 2시간 하소하는 단계;상기 하소된 분말을 분쇄하는 단계;상기 분말을 가열, 교반하여 완전히 건조시킨 후 건조된 분말을 분급하는 단계; 및상기 분쇄된 분말을 가압 성형하는 단계; 및성형 후 가열 소결을 통해 결합제를 제거하는 단계를 포함하는, 압전 트랜스포머용 고효율 PSN-PMN-PZT 압전세라믹 제조방법.
