Claims (4)
- 기판 상에 소정의 패턴을 형성하고, 이 패턴에 따라 기계가공 또는 웨트에칭으로 상기 기판에 홈을 형성하여 유기 EL 소자에 이용되는 봉지재를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 패턴은, 미리 준비된 기판 상에 필름을 접착한 뒤, 상기 기판 상에 접착된 필름의 일정 부분을 프로그램이 입력된 레이저 또는 블레이드(blade) 장치를 이용하여 재단함으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유기 EL 소자에 이용되는 봉지재 제조방법.
- 기판 상에 소정의 패턴을 형성하고, 이 패턴에 따라 기계가공 또는 웨트에칭으로 상기 기판에 홈을 형성하여 유기 EL 소자에 이용되는 봉지재를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 패턴은, 필름의 일정 부분을 프로그램이 입력된 레이저 또는 블레이드 장치를 이용하여 재단하여 형성한 뒤, 미리 준비된 기판 상에 상기 재단된 필름을 접착하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유기 EL 소자에 이용되는 봉지재 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 필름의 재질은 OPP(Polypropilene Homopolymer), PET(Polyethylene Terephthalate) 또는 PE(Poly Ethylene), PP(Polypropilene)인 것을 특징으로 하는, 유기 EL 소자에 이용되는 봉지재 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 레이저의 광원은 YAG 레이저, 펄스 레이저, 또는 CO2레이저를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유기 EL 소자에 이용되는 봉지재 제조방법.
