Claims (1)
- 항균성 투명 비누를 제조함에 있어서,중량비로 코코넛 패티 액시드(Coconut Fatty acid) 16~18%, 팜 패티 액시드(PALM Fatty acid) 16~18%, 카우스틱 소다(Caustic soda) 6~8%, 소디움 라우렐 에테르 설페이트(Sodium Lauryl ether Sulfate) 10~12%, 폴리 에틸렌 글리콜(Poly Ethylene Glycol) 6~8%, 글리세린(Glycerine) 12~14%, 보습제(Moisture)로 jojoba-oil 15~17%, 스쿠로세(Sucrose) 4~5%, 미네랄 오일(Mineral oil) 1%, 노화방지제 Di-tert-Butyl-P-cresol (BHT) 0.1%, EDTA-2Na 0.1%, 퍼퓸(Perfume) 0.5%, 나노 실버 콜로이드(Nano silver colloid) 10~30ppm, 메칠살리실산 10~20ppm, 정제 목초액 0.5~2%, 계면활성제 N-Lauryl-L-Glutamic acid Mono TRI Ethanol Amine 1~2%를 지방산 반응기에서 반응시키고 냉각 숙성시킨 후 몰딩 가능한 형태의 투명 결정상을 성형기에서 일정한 규격으로 압형 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 비누의 제조방법.
