Claims (8)
- 내부관의 외주면에 감쇠력 가변밸브와 연통하는 세퍼레이터 튜브가 마련된 감쇠력 가변형 쇽업소버에 있어서,상기 세퍼레이터 튜브의 본체 개구홀에 상기 감쇠력 가변밸브와 연통되는 밸브포트가 외측으로부터 삽입되어 설치되며,상기 본체의 상, 하단에 결합되어 상기 내부관과 상기 본체 사이를 씰링하는 튜브가이드를 포함하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감쇠력 가변형 쇽업소버.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 밸브포트는 상기 세퍼레이터 튜브 상에 일부 삽입되어 브레이징 용접으로 고정 설치되는 감쇠력 가변형 쇽업소버.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 밸브포트의 내주면에 오링홈이 형성되는 감쇠력 가변형 쇽업소버.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 밸브포트의 상기 오링홈에 오링이 더 포함되는 감쇠력 가변형 쇽업소버.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 튜브가이드는, 상기 세퍼레이터 튜브의 양단부에 일부 삽입되어 브레이징 용접으로 고정 설치되는 감쇠력 가변형 쇽업소버.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 튜브가이드의 내주면에 씰링홈이 형성되는 감쇠력 가변형 쇽업소버.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 튜브가이드의 상기 씰링홈에 씰링부재가 더 포함되는 감쇠력 가변형 쇽업소버.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 세퍼레이터 튜브는,상기 본체와 본체를 연결하는 연결부재가 설치되며,상기 연결부재의 내부면에 씰링부재가 설치되어, 상기 세퍼레이터 튜브를 상, 하부의 유체통로로 구획하게 되는 감쇠력 가변형 쇽업소버.
