Claims (3)
- 아르곤과 산소로 구성된 공정가스에서 아르곤 분압을 산소 분압에 비해 상대적으로 높게 유지함과 동시에 공정가스의 전체압력을 8 ~ 20 mTorr로 제어한 채로 리튬코발트산화물 타겟을 스퍼터링하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬박막전지용 리튬코발트산화물 박막양극의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,아르곤 가스의 분압이 높을수록 증착되는 박막의 조성비가 LiCoO2의 화학양론비에 더욱 근접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬박막전지용 리튬코발트산화물 박막양극의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 스퍼터링에 의한 박막의 증착 후, 열처리를 수행하여 박막내 과잉 산소를 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬박막전지용 리튬코발트산화물 박막양극의 제조방법.
