Claims (4)
- 작업자의 지시에 따라 가공 프로그램을 입력받아 상기 가공 프로그램 명령에 따라 서보모터 및 스핀들 모터의 회전속도 및 회전시간을 지령하는 수치 제어부(10)와;상기 수치제어부(10)의 명령에 따른 전원입력에 따라 회전하여 파레트를 XY축으로 이송시켜 가공물을 공구와 접촉시킴으로서 가공이 이루어지도록 하는 서보모터 장치(20)와;상기 수치제어부(10)의 명령에 따른 전원입력에 따라 공구를 회전시켜 가공물을 가공하는 스핀들 모터 장치(30)와;상기 수치제어부(10)의 명령에 따라 기계에 각종 동작명령을 내리고 공작기계로부터 들어온 기계신호를 다시 수치제어부에 알려주면서 공작기계의 동작 순서를 제어하며 동일한 공구에 대해서 별도의 부하 측정검사 데이터를 갖는 기계 제어부(40)와;상기 기계 제어부(40)로부터 가공에 투입되는 공구와 각 소재와 파레트 및 가공 공정에 따른 부하조건을 각각 입력받고, 과부하 발생시 또는 주축에 대하여 비절삭 이송시간을 측정하여 비접촉 절삭을 검출하여 기계 제어부에 알람신호를 출력하는 이상 과부하 검출장치(50)를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 주축부하의 공구이상 검출장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기계 제어부(40)의 부하 측정검사 데이터는 파레트, 소재, 가공공정중 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 주축부하의 공구이상 검출장치.

- 정상 절삭시에 절삭이송중에 주축의 무부하가 발생하는 시간을 각 소재와 공구에 따라 각각 측정하여 기록하는 단계(S10)와;가공에 투입되는 파레트와 소재 및 가공 공정에 따라 각각의 조건을 만족하는 부하 데이터를 측정하여 기록하는 단계(S20)와;가공동작이 시작되면 서보모터와 스핀들모터의 과부하를 측정하는 단계(S30)와;M코드에 의해 부하 데이터 그룹을 선택하여 해당 주축공구 및 절삭상황에 따른 부하정보를 입력받는 단계(S40)와;현재 측정되는 서보모터와 스핀들 모터의 과부하 정보와 입력받은 M 코드의 정보를 비교하여 주축공구의 정상부하 + 여유량보다 현재 주축공구부하가 더 크면 과부하가 발생한 것으로 판단하여 알람을 출력하는 단계(S50)와;상기 단계에서 과부하가 아닌 것으로 판단되면 절삭이송중 무부하 발생여부 를 체크하는 단계(S60)와;무부하시간 + 여유값보다 공구 비절삭시간이 더 많이 걸리면 알람을 출력하는 단계(S70)로 이루어져 순차진행함을 특징으로 하는 주축부하의 공구이상 검출방법.
