Claims (7)
- 대향 배치되며 중심에 반사 영역, 상기 반사영역의 외곽에 투과 영역이 형성된 상,하부기판;상기 반사 영역 상에 배치되며 고분자 물질 내에 분산되어 이루어지면서 상기 액정 구적 내의 액정분자들이 수평 배향되며 액정분자들이 서로 다른 제1, 제 2및 제 3크기(제 1크기<제 2크기<제 3크기)를 갖는 제1 내지 제3 액정 구적들 및 상기 투과 영역 상에 배치되며 상기 제2 크기를 갖는 제4 액정 구적들을 갖는 1차 고분자 분산 액정 필름;상기 투과영역에 다수의 슬릿을 가진 전극 패턴 및 상기 반사영역에 형성된 엠보싱 반사 패턴을 갖는 반사 전극;상기 투과 영역 상에 배치되며, 액정분자들이 상기 제 3크기의 액정 구적에 둘러싸여 고분자 물질 내에 분산되는 2차 고분자 분산 액정 필름; 및상기 1차 고분자 분산 액정 필름, 상기 2차 고분자 분산 액정 필름 및 상기 상부 기판의 사이에 형성된 공간에 배치된 반사형 네마틱 액정층을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 1차 고분자 분산 액정 필름은 제 2크기의 액정 구적들의 그룹들 사이의 반사영역에 상기 제 1, 2 및 제 3크기를 가지면서 액정분자들을 둘러싼 액정 구적들이 분산되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 분산 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2고분자 분산 액정필름은 5∼10㎛두께를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 상부기판의 바깥면에 편광판이 추가된 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 반사전극은 픽셀의 센터부인 반사영역에 엠보싱 패턴이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 1차 및 2차 고분자 분산 액정필름은 폴리머 비율을 20% 이하로 낮추며, 플로린계와 염소계 재질을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
