- - 적어도 99%의 덱스트로우즈 함량,- 적어도 95%의 α결정형 함량,- 최대 1%의 물 함량,- 적어도 80N의 테스트 A에 따라 결정된 압축성을 갖는 분말형 덱스트로우즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 덱스트로우즈는 10초 이하의 물에 대한 용해 속도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말형 덱스트로우즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 덱스트로우즈가- 0.5 g/ml 내지 0.7 g/ml의 HOSOKAWA에 따라 결정된 겉보기 밀도,- 적어도 60의 파쇄성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말형 덱스트로우즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 덱스트로우즈가- 150㎛ 내지 200㎛의 평균 지름,- 적어도 70의 흐름도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말형 덱스트로우즈.
- 결합제를 이용하여 필수적으로 α결정형의 덱스트로우즈 분말의 과립화를 포함하는 단계, 및 이렇게 얻은 상기 과립화된 덱스트로우즈를 건조시키는 것에 의한 숙성 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 따른 분말형 덱스트로우즈의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 과립화 단계는 연속 혼합기-과립화기로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 과립화 단계는 원자화 탑 내에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 따른 분말형 덱스트로우즈를 함유하는 감미료.
- 제1항에 따른 분말형 덱스트로우즈를 포함하는 제과 분야용 조성물.
- 제1항에 따른 분말형 덱스트로우즈를 함유하는, 흡수되고, 씹혀지며, 용해되 거나, 삼켜지는 형태의 정제(tablet).
- 제1항에 따른 분말형 덱스트로우즈를 함유하는 부형제.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제과 분야는 초콜렛 제조 분야인 것을 특징으로 하는 제과 분야용 조성물.
