- AgPd 합금 박막 형성용 스퍼터링 타겟 재료에 있어서,상기 Ag 내에 0.5 내지 4.9 원자% 범위의 Pd가 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 AgPd 합금 박막 형성용 스퍼터링 타겟 재료.
- 박막에 있어서,상기 박막은, Ag 내에 0.5 내지 4.9 원자% 범위의 Pd가 함유되어 있는 AgPd 합금을 이용하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막.
- 광학 기록 매체에 있어서,Ag 내에 0.5 내지 4.9 원자% 범위의 Pd가 함유되어 있는 AgPd 합금을 이용하여 형성된 박막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서,Cu 및 Cr 중의 하나 또는 둘 모두가 각각 0.1 내지 3.5 원자% 범위로 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 AgPd 합금 박막 형성용 스퍼터링 타겟 재료.
- 제2항에 있어서,Cu 또는/및 Cr 중의 하나 또는 둘 모두가 각각 0.1 내지 3.5 원자% 범위로 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막.
- 제3항에 있어서,Cu 및 Cr 중의 하나 또는 둘 모두가 각각 0.1 내지 3.5 원자% 범위로 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록 매체.
- AgPdTi 합금 박막 형성용 스퍼터링 타겟 재료에 있어서,0.1 내지 1.5 원자% 범위의 Pd, 및 0.1 내지 2.9 원자% 범위의 Ti가 Ag 내에 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 AgPdTi 합금 박막 형성용 스퍼터링 타겟 재료.
- 박막에 있어서,상기 박막은, 0.1 내지 1.5 원자% 범위의 Pd, 및 0.1 내지 2.9 원자% 범위의 Ti가 Ag 내에 함유되어 있는 AgPdTi 합금을 이용하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막.
- 광학 기록 매체에 있어서,0.1 내지 1.5 원자% 범위의 Pd, 및 0.1 내지 2.9 원자% 범위의 Ti가 Ag 내에 함유되어 있는 AgPdTi 합금을 이용하여 형성되는 박막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록 매체.
