Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- LED 광원에서 방사되는 광을 측면으로 출사시키는 렌즈에 있어서,중심축에 대칭으로 굴곡진 상부 반사면을 갖고, 상기 상부 반사면의 말단에서 상기 중심축과 실질적으로 평행하게 연장된 상부 굴절면을 갖는 상부;상기 상부 굴절면의 하단에서 연장되어 내측으로 단차지게 형성된 측면을 갖고, 상기 측면을 통해 광이 굴절 또는 반사되는 중앙부; 및상기 LED 광원이 수용되고, 상기 중앙부의 측면 하단에서 외측으로 연장되어 형성된 아치형의 하부 굴절면을 갖는 하부; 를 포함하며,이때, 상기 LED 광원에서 방사된 광이 상기 중심축에 실질적으로 수직한 방향으로 출사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상, 중, 하부로 구성된 LED 광원용 렌즈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하부, 상기 중앙부 그리고 상기 상부가 일체로 사출 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상, 중, 하부로 구성된 LED 광원용 렌즈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단차진 상기 중앙부의 측면은 적어도 일부에서 내측으로 소정의 각도로 경사지도록 제작된 경사면을 포함하고, 상기 경사면을 통해 광이 굴절 또는 반사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상, 중, 하부로 구성된 LED 광원용 렌즈.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 경사면의 상단은 상기 상부 굴절면의 하단과 단차를 갖고 연장되며, 상기 경사면의 하단 또한 단차를 갖고 상기 하부 굴절면과 연장된 것을 특징으로 하는 상, 중, 하부로 구성된 LED 광원용 렌즈.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 하부 굴절면의 최대 직경이 상기 상부 반사면의 최대 직경보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 상, 중, 하부로 구성된 LED 광원용 렌즈.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 경사면의 상단은 상기 상부 굴절면의 하단과 단차를 갖고 연장되며, 상기 경사면의 하단은 상기 하부의 굴절면과 직접 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상, 중, 하부로 구성된 LED 광원용 렌즈.
