Claims (8)
- 용융된 금속(molten metal) 저장탱크(storage tank)에 연결된 적재노즐(loading nozzle)을 가지며, 이로부터 출구노즐(outlet nozzle)이 주물(cast)의 스파우트(spout) 속으로 열리는 종류의 주조 용광로에 있어서, 용융된 금속 저장탱크와 주물의 스파우트(spout) 사이에는 열적 플라즈마 토치(plasma torch)에 의한 추가적인 가열챔버가 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 주조 용광로
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 추가적인 가열챔버는 출구 마우스(outlet mouth)로부터 아랫방향(downstream)으로 출구노즐(outlet nozzle)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 주조 용광로
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 용융된 금속(molten metal)내에 일부분 이상이 담겨져 있는 지지벽(retaining wall)을 추가적인 가열챔버와 주조 스파우트(spout) 사이에서 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 주조 용광로
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 플라즈마 토치(plasma torch)의 애노드(anode)는 추가적인 챔버의 벽(wall)상에서 위치되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 주조 용광로
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 플라즈마 토치(plasma torch)의 애노드(anode)는 지지벽(retaining wall)으로부터 아랫방향(downstream)에 위치되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 주조 용광로
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 지지벽(retaining wall)을 상승(raise) 및 하강(lower)시키는 수단이 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 주조 용광로

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 용융된 금속(molten metal) 저장탱크는 그 자체의 가열수단(heating means)을 가지며, 추가적인 챔버의 부피(volume, V)는 용광로(furnace)의 전체 부피(Vt)의 5%이상 10%이하(5%Vt ≤ V ≤ 10%Vt)인 것을 특징으로 하는 주조 용광로
