Claims (10)
- 물체광과 참조광을 조사하여 상기 물체광의 정보를 간섭 스트라이프로서 기록하는 홀로그램 기록층을 한 쪽 면에 가지고, 다른 쪽 면에 미리 오목형 또는 볼록형 피트가 형성된 ROM층을 가지며, 상기 홀로그램 기록층과 상기 ROM층의 사이에 전반사층을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 기록 매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 ROM층에 광 기록 매체상의 위치 정보가 기록되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 기록 매체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 ROM층을 가지는 면은 ROM형 광디스크로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 기록 매체.
- 물체광과 참조광을 조사하여 상기 물체광의 정보를 간섭 스트라이프로서 기록하는 홀로그램 기록층을 한 쪽 면에 가지고, 다른 쪽 면에 열기록층을 가지며, 상기 홀로그램 기록층과 상기 열기록층의 사이에 전반사층을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 기록 매체.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 열기록층에 오목형 또는 볼록형 홈이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 기록 매체.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 오목형 또는 볼록형 홈의 간격이 홀로그램을 쉬프트 다중 기록할 때의 오목형 또는 볼록형 홈에 직교한 방향에 대한 홀로그램 쉬프트 량의 약수인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 기록 매체.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 열기록층에 광 기록 매체상의 위치 정보가 기록되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 기록 매체.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 열기록층을 가지는 면은 기록형 광디스크로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 기록 매체.
