Claims (7)
- 폴리(옥시에틸렌)(poly(oxyethylene))과 β-사이클로덱스트린(cyclodextrin)이 결합된 결합체(conjugate).
- 제 1 항에 있어서,하나의 폴리(옥시에틸렌)이 하나 또는 두 개의 사이클로덱스트린과 결합됨을 특징으로 하는 결합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,폴리(옥시에틸렌)이 88 내지 2200 범위의 분자량을 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는 결합체.
- 폴리(에틸렌 글리콜)비스(카복시메틸)에테르와 티오닐 클로라이드 또는 옥사릴 클로라이드를 반응시켜 폴리(옥시에틸렌)비스(산 클로라이드)를 제조한 후, 이를 N,N-디메틸포름아미드, 피리딘, 아세토나이트릴 및 에틸 에테르로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 유기용매 중에서 β-사이클로덱스트린과 반응시키는 것을 포함하는, 제 1 항의 사이클로덱스트린 결합체의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,폴리(옥시에틸렌)비스(산 클로라이드)와 β-사이클로덱스트린이 1:1 내지 1:10 범 위의 중량비로 반응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 4 항에 있어서,폴리(옥시에틸렌)비스(산 클로라이드)와 β-사이클로덱스트린의 반응이 0 내지 150℃에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
