Claims (4)
- 두개의 윗변으로 이루어진 입사부와,하나의 밑변으로 이루어진 출사부로 구성되며,상기 입사부의 두개의 윗변의 각각의 길이가 상기 출사부의 밑변의 길이보다 크거나 같은 삼각형 형상을 가지며,상기 삼각형 형상의 각 모서리를 곡선처리하거나 일부 모서리를 곡선처리하며,상기 입사부의 두개의 윗변에서의 레이저 광의 입사각이 임계각보다 커서 전반사가 발생되어 상기 출사부의 밑변으로 레이저 광이 방향성을 가지고 발진하는 것을 특징으로 하는 한 방향 발진 특성을 가지는 마이크로 디스크 레이저
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 삼각형 형상은 이등변 삼각형 또는 직각삼각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 한 방향 발진 특성을 가지는 마이크로 디스크 레이저
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 삼각형 모서리의 곡면 부분에서는 빛의 전반사가 일어나 레이저 빛이 외부로 빠져나가지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 한 방향 발진 특성을 가지는 마이크로 디스크 레이저
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 삼각형 모서리는 원형인 것을 특징으로 하는 한 방향 발진 특성을 가지는 마이크로 디스크 레이저
