Claims (18)
- (가) 에폭시기 함유 트리알콕시실란;(나) 폴리에틸렌이민;(다) 헤테로폴리산과 트리플루오로메탄술폰이미드 중에서 선택된 하나 이상;을 혼합한 고분자 전해질 형성용 조성물의 중합반응 결과물을 포함하는 고분자 전해질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 전해질이,(A) 에폭시기 함유 트리알콕시실란의 가수분해 축중합 반응으로 얻어진 실리콘 고분자와 폴리에틸렌이민의 혼합물; 및 에폭시기 함유 트리알콕시실란과 폴리에 틸렌이민의 가교반응 생성물; 중에서 선택된 하나 이상, 및(B) 헤테로폴리산과 트리플루오로메탄술폰이미드 중에서 선택된 하나 이상;을 포함하는 고분자 전해질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 에폭시기 함유 트리알콕시실란의 가수분해 축중합 반응으로 얻어진 실리콘 고분자와 폴리에틸렌이민의 혼합물의 구조가 상기 실리콘 고분자와 폴리에틸렌이민이 상호침투(interpenetration)된 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 전해질 형성용 조성물이 (가) 에폭시기 함유 트리알콕시실란의 함량이 3 내지 25 중량부; (나) 폴리에틸렌이민 60 내지 75 중량부; (다) 헤테로폴리산과 트리플루오로메탄술폰이미드 중에서 선택된 하나 이상 3 내지 25 중량부 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 양이온 교환기를 갖는 중다공성 물질을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 헤테로폴리산과 트리플루오로메탄술폰이미드 중에서 선택된 하나 이상 및 상기 양이온 교환기를 갖는 중다공성 물질의 총중량이 전체 중량 100 중량부에 대하여 3 내지 25 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (B)의 물질의 총중량이 전체 중량 100 중량부에 대하여 3 내지 25 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시기 함유 트리알콕시실란이 3-글리시딜옥시프로필트리메톡시실란인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 헤테로폴리산이 H4SiW12O40, H4SiMo12O40, H5SiVMo11O40, H6SiV2Mo10O40, H7SiV3Mo9O40, H3PMo12O40, H3PW12O40, (VO)1.5PMo12O40, (VO)1.5PW12O40, (TiO)1.5PMo12O40, H(VO)PMo12O40, H(VO)PW12O40, H6PV3Mo9O40, H5PV2Mo10O40, H5PV2W10O40, H6PV3W9O40, H4PV2Mo11O40, H4PVW11O40, RhPMo12O40, BiPMo12O40, HCrPVMo11O40, HBiPVMo11O40, 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양이온 교환기를 갖는 중다공성 물질이 술폰화 실리카(sulfonated silica), 카르복실화 실리카(carboxylated silica), 술폰화 텅스토실리카(sulfonated tungstosilica) 또는 카르복실화 텅스토실리카(carboxylated tungstosilica)인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질.
- (a) (i) 폴리에틸렌이민과, 알콕시기 함유 트리알콕시실란, 및(ii) 헤테로폴리산 및 트리플루오로메탄술폰이미드 중에서 선택된 하나 이상을 혼합하여 고분자 전해질막 형성용 조성물을 제조하는 단계; 및,(b) 상기 (a)의 고분자 전해질막 형성용 조성물을 가열하여 중합하는 단계;를 포함하는 고분자 전해질의 제조방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 전해질막 형성용 조성물에 양이온 교환기를 갖는 중다공성 물질을 더 부가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질의 제조방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, (a) 단계의 전체 고분자 전해질막 형성용 조성물 100 중량부에 대하여, (ii)의 헤테로폴리산 및 트리플루오로메탄술폰이미드 중에서 선택된 하나 이상 및 양이온 교환기를 갖는 중다공성 물질의 총중량이 2 내지 22 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질의 제조방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, (a) 단계의 고분자 전해질막 형성용 조성물 100 중량부에 대하여, (ii)의 헤테로폴리산 및 트리플루오로메탄술폰이미드 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 중량이 2 내지 22 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질의 제조방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 전해질막 형성용 조성물에 산촉매를 더 부가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질의 제조방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 산촉매가 질산, 염산, 황산, 인산, 아세트산, 유기술폰산, 플루오르화수소(HF), CF3SO3H인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질의 제조방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, (b) 단계에서 50 내지 120℃에서 4 내지 24 시간동안 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질의 제조방법.
- 캐소드; 애노드; 및 상기 캐소드와 상기 애노드의 사이에 위치하는 고분자 전해질막을 포함하는 연료전지로서,상기 고분자 전해질막이 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 고분자 전해질을 포함하는 연료전지.
