Claims (18)
- 인삼 또는 인삼 엑스에 pH 2.27 ~ 2.9의 양조식초를 가하여 90 ~ 120 ℃에서 6 ~ 24 시간 가열 추출하여 진세노사이드 Rg3이 진세노사이드 Rb1, Rb2, Rc, Rd, Re, Rf, Rg1 및 Rg3의 총합에 대해 50 ~ 100%로 함유되어 있고, Rg3 + Rg5 + Rh1이 2.7 ~ 15% 함유되도록 제조함을 특징으로 하는 인삼 제제의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 인삼 제제는 Rg3 0.5 ∼ 7.5%, Rg5 0.1 ∼ 4.0%, Rh1 0.2 ∼ 3.5% 가 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 인삼 제제의 제조방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양조식초가 곡물초 또는 과실초인 것을 특징으로 하는 인삼 제제의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 곡물초는 쌀식초, 현미식초, 몰트식초 및 술지게미식초 중에서 선택된 것이고, 상기 과실초는 감식초, 사과식초, 포도식초, 배식초, 귤식초, 딸기식초 및 매실식초 중에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 인삼 제제의 제조방법.
