Claims (2)
- 탄화수소를 촉매의 존재하에 산소 함유 가스와 반응시키는 단계,반응 가스로부터 말레산 무수물을 회수하는 단계,잔류하는 가스로부터 미반응 탄화수소를 회수하는 단계 및이렇게 하여 회수한 탄화수소를 반응기로 회송하여 재사용하는 단계를 포함하는 말레산 무수물의 제조방법으로서,반응 가스중 말레산 무수물의 농도가 2 내지 4.6용적%이고, 탄화수소 회수 단계에서 미반응 탄화수소를 회수한 후 배출 가스중 산소 농도 A(용적%), 탄화수소 농도 B(용적%) 및 일산화탄소 농도 C(용적%)가 수학식 6 내지 8을 충족시킴을 특징으로 하는, 말레산 무수물의 제조방법.수학식 6D = C/(B + C)수학식 7E = 100A/(100 - B - C)수학식 80 < α < 10(여기서, α = - 10.51 + 51.22D - 35.35D2 - E이다)
- 탄화수소를 촉매의 존재하에 산소 함유 가스와 반응시키는 단계,반응 가스로부터 말레산 무수물을 회수하는 단계,잔류하는 가스로부터 미반응 탄화수소를 회수하는 단계 및이렇게 하여 회수한 탄화수소를 반응기로 회송하여 재사용하는 단계를 포함하는 말레산 무수물의 제조방법으로서,(a) 반응기로 공급되는 모든 가스중 탄화수소 농도 X(용적%)와 산소 농도 Y(용적%), 반응기중 탄화수소 전환율 Z(%) 및 반응기의 모든 배출 가스중 산소 농도 W(용적%)가 수학식 1 내지 4 또는 5를 충족시키는 조건하에 반응을 수행하고,(b) 탄화수소 회수 단계에서 미반응된 탄화수소를 회수한 후 배출 가스중 산소 농도 A(용적%), 탄화수소 농도 B(용적%) 및 일산화탄소 농도 C(용적%)가 수학식 6 내지 8을 충족시킴을 특징으로 하는, 말레산 무수물의 제조방법.수학식 1Y ≥ 20수학식 2X + Y ≤ 70수학식 31 ≤ Y/X ≤ 5수학식 420(Y - 10)/X ≤ Z ≤ 25Y/X수학식 52 ≤ W ≤ 10수학식 6D = C/(B + C)수학식 7E = 100A/(100 - B - C)수학식 80 < α < 10(여기서, α = - 10.51 + 51.22D - 35.35D2 - E이다)
