Abstract
Description
KISTLER 의 팜플렛인, "KISTLER INFORMATION 53, 1996년 12월" 에는 원형 링 형상의 단면을 갖는 두꺼운 벽으로 구성되는 압력 센서가 개시되어 있다. 원 부분에 대응하는 단면을 갖는 튜브의 축선방향 부분이 제거되었다. 튜브 내부 공동에서의 실린더 압력의 영향은 튜브가 실린더 압력에 비례하여 접선 방향으로 팽창되게 한다. 팽창은 압전 요소를 이용하여 측정한다. 압전 결정 (crystal) 에 기초한 압력 센서에서의 단점은, 센서가 동적 압력만을 측정하므로정적 압력을 측정하는데는 사용될 수 없다는 것이다. 동적 변위 펄스도 가스에서의 대응하는 단열 열 펄스에 의존한다. 이와 같은 측정 오차는 모터의 실린더 효율 평가에 매우 중요하다.
Claims (8)
- 연소 엔진의 실린더 내부 가스압 측정용 압력 센서로서, 축선방향을 따라 실린더에 개방되어 연결되는 부분, 축선방향 길이 "L" 을 갖는 측정부 (12), 및 밀폐된 최종의 단부로 구성되는 튜브 (6) 를 포함하는 압력 센서에 있어서,상기 측정부 (12) 는, 높이 "h" 인 허리부를 통해 서로 연결되고 두 중심간의 거리가 "B" 인 2개의 원 형상부로 구성된 모래시계 형상으로 이루어진 단면을 가져, 상호 "h" 의 거리를 갖는 두 개의 평행하고 대등한 측정면 "BxL" 을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 튜브의 상기 측정부 (12) 의 벽은 1 이상의 벽재료의 층으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 센서.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 압력 튜브 (6) 의 상기 측정부 (12) 는 비임 (9, 10) 과 접촉되어 있고, 상기 비임 (9, 10) 에는 요우크 (20, 21) 가 고정되며, 상기 요우크 사이에는 힘 측정 기구 (24, 25) 를 포함하는 장력 측정 장치 (22, 23) 가 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 센서,
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 힘 측정 기구 (24, 25) 는 자기탄성 센서로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 센서.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 힘 측정 기구 (24, 25) 는 스트레인 게이지로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 센서.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 압력 튜브 (6) 의 측정부 (12) 는 상기 비임 (9, 10) 과 접촉하고, 상기 비임 (9, 10) 은 상기 튜브의 측정부 (12) 의 각 측부에 1 이상의 부분 (11, 13) 이 존재하도록 두 단부 (18, 19) 사이가 슬롯 (14, 15, 16, 17) 에 의해 분할되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 더미 힘 측정 수단으로 구성되고, 힘 측정 수단과 유사한 기계적 형상을 갖는 요소가 상기 측정부 (12) 에 인접한 1 이상의 부분 (11, 13) 의 비임 (9, 10) 에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 센서.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 압력 센서의 측정면 (7, 8) 사이의 거리 h 는 튜브의 일 원부의 직경 H 에 근접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 센서.
