BACKGROUND OF THE
In general, duplex plates are used to cover roads in order to minimize the impact on traffic volume when digging roads for underground facilities such as subway construction. These perforated plates have a flat cuboid shape and tens to hundreds of them are arranged flat so that the vehicle passes over them. These double decks are also used to build bypass roads in the repair of old bridges.
Such a perforated plate will be described briefly with reference to the drawings.
1 is a perspective view showing a generally used double-plate plate.
As shown, the perforated plate has a box shape in the longitudinal direction, and is largely one
The
However, such a conventional perforated plate is made of a steel surface, even if the uneven portion is formed on the surface of the top plate, there is a high risk of slipping, due to the material characteristics of the steel a lot of noise due to impact. In addition, there is a problem that the manufacturing cost of the perforated plate is expensive due to the increase in the raw material price of steel.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, the object of the present invention is to provide a perforated plate that can not only slip and significantly reduce noise, but also significantly reduce the manufacturing cost.
In order to achieve the object described above, the present invention is supported by a perforated plate support frame, a bottom member formed by welding a plurality of square steel pipes having a rectangular cross section in a lateral direction, and coupled to the side of the bottom member and the height of the A perforated plate frame including a side member formed higher than a bottom member, and a cross-sectional member coupled to an end surface of the bottom member and having a height greater than that of the bottom member; And a concrete plate formed in a receiving space formed of the bottom member, the side member, and the cross-sectional member of the perforated plate frame.
Therefore, the road surface is formed of concrete not only prevents slipping, but also significantly reduces noise due to the vibration damping characteristics of the concrete, thereby reducing manufacturing costs.
Here, the tension member disposed inside the concrete plate; preferably further comprises. Therefore, the rigidity increase and the crack of a concrete plate can be prevented.
In addition, it is effective to further include a; stud bolt fixed in the direction in contact with the concrete plate of the bottom member. Therefore, the bonding force between the concrete plate and the perforated plate frame can be increased.
