Claims (7)
- 박스형상의 케이스와, 상기 케이스 내에 형성되는 유로와, 유로상에 설치되어 실내공기를 유로로 흡입하는 팬과, 유로상에 설치된 다수의 광촉매판과 광촉매판에 조사되는 빛의 작용에 의한 광촉매반응에 의해 흡입된 공기를 정화하는 광촉매 공기 정화 시스템이 구비되고, 상기 광촉매 공기 정화시스템에는 광촉매판 표면을 세척하기 위한 세척장치가 결합되어 광촉매반응을 종료한 후 상기 세척장치에 의한 광촉매 표면의 세척과, 세척장치의 계속가동에 의한 공기의 물 세척을 복합적으로 구현할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 공기청정기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 세척장치는 일정한 용량의 물을 담을 수 있도록 된 급수조와, 상기 급수조로 부터 물을 펌핑하여 광촉매판에 뿌리는 살수기와, 외부 수도관으로부터 물을 지속적으로 공급하기 위한 보충수공급장치가 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 공기청정기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 살수기는 급수관과 연결되는 주관(主管)과, 상기 주관에 연결되고 각 광촉매판 사이로 배치된 다수의 세관(細管)으로 이루어지고, 각각의 세관에는 양측 광촉매판과 직각을 이루도록 일정 간격으로 분사노즐이 형성되는 구조 를 특징으로 하는 복합 공기청정기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광촉매판은 유로상에 종군(縱群)과 횡군(橫群)으로 나누어 배치 구성되고, 각 광촉매판의 끝 부분이 배출구 측으로 향하도록 절곡되며, 광촉매 반응을 위한 빛은 광촉매판의 상부 종군(縱群)과 횡군(橫群)의 광촉매판에 각기 직각으로 설치한 UV램프에 의해 이루어지도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 공기청정기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 세척장치에 사용된 물은 광촉매판 하부에 설치된 집수조에 의해 집수되고, 상기 집수조의 물은 하부에 설치된 침전조에 의해 일시 저류된 후 일정 수위 이상일 때 상기 침전조에 설치된 오리피스를 월류하여 침전조 하부에 설치된 배수조에 채워지도록 구성되고, 배수조는 하부 편 측에 출구가 형성되어 유출되는 물이 급수조 내에서 선회류를 생성시키도록 구성되며, 급수조 바닥부에는 일측으로 경사진 바닥면과 그 끝에 채널 형태로 형성되는 홈과 상기 홈에 분리 가능하게 삽입되는 슬러지배출함이 형성되는 구조에 의해 이물질의 침전의 침전분리가 이루어지도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 공기청정기.
- 제5항에 있어서, 광촉매판과 접한 집수조 상부에 그물망이 설치되고, 집수조 바닥에는 다수의 작은 구멍이 형성되며, 상기한 각 구멍 밑에는 침전조에 이르도록 늘어뜨린 체인이 설치되어 낙수물이 그물망과 체인을 거쳐 흐르도록 함으로서 낙수 음을 감소시킨 구조를 특징으로 하는 복합 공기청정기.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항, 제4항, 제5항 또는 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 케이스의 외벽에 용제를 담는 용기가 고정 설치되고, 상기 용기의 하부 배출구에 도관이 연결되어 그 끝이 세척장치의 펌프 흡입구 전방에 위치하도록 설치되며, 상기 용기의 배출구상에 미세조절밸브가 설치되어 유출량의 조절이 이루어지고, 도관상에 전자제어밸브가 설치되어 세척장치의 펌프와 연동하여 도관의 개폐가 이루어지는 구조의 용제 투입장치가 포함되어 용기내의 용제를 지속적으로 투입할 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 공기청정기.
