Claims (6)
- 표시영역과 비표시 영역이 정의된 제 1, 2 기판과,상기 제 1 기판 상의 표시영역에 형성된 다수의 스위칭 소자와,상기 스위칭 소자와 연결되며 제 1 신호전압이 인가되는 게이트 배선과,상기 제 1 기판 상의 표시영역에 형성된 화소전극과,상기 화소전극과 이격하며 형성되며 제 2 신호전압이 인가되는 공통전극과,상기 제 1 기판의 비표시 영역에 형성되고, 상기 제 2 신호 전압이 인가되는 제 1 보조배선과,상기 제 1 기판의 비표시 영역에 형성되고, 상기 제 1 신호 전압이 인가되는 제 2 보조배선과,상기 제 1, 2 기판 사이에 형성된 액정층을 포함하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제 1 신호전압은 양극(+)과 음극(-)으로 그 극성이 주기적으로 바뀌며, 상기 스위칭 소자가 온(on) 일 때 양극(+), 상기 스위칭 소자가 오프(off) 일 때 음극(-)인 것이 특징인 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제 2 신호전압은 직류이며, 양극(+)인 것이 특징인 액정표시장치.
- 화상을 표시하는 표시영역과 그 외측으로 비표시 영역이 정의된 기판과,상기 표시영역 형성된 스위칭 소자와,상기 스위칭 소자와 연결되며 제 1 신호전압이 인가되는 게이트 배선과,상기 기판 상의 표시영역에 형성된 화소전극과,상기 화소전극과 이격하며 형성되며, 제 2 신호전압이 인가되는 공통전극과,상기 비표시 영역에 형성되고, 상기 제 2 신호 전압이 인가되는 제 1 보조배선과,상기 비표시 영역에 형성되고, 상기 제 1 신호 전압이 인가되는 제 2 보조배선을 포함하는 액정표시장치 어레이 기판.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 제 1 신호전압은 양극(+)과 음극(-)으로 그 극성이 주기적으로 바뀌며, 상기 스위칭 소자가 온(on) 일 때 양극(+), 상기 스위칭 소자가 오프(off) 일 때 음극(-)인 것이 특징인 액정표시장치 어레이 기판.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 제 2 신호전압은 직류이며, 양극(+)인 것이 특징인 액정표시장치 어레이 기판.
