Claims (10)
- 복수의 화소를 포함하는 화소부와 상기 화소부에 상기 복수의 화소 중 임의의 화소를 선택하는 주사신호와 상기 선택된 화소에서 전류가 흐르게 하는 발광제어신호를 전달하는 주사 구동부를 포함하며,상기 주사 구동부는,상기 주사신호와 상기 발광제어신호를 생성하는 신호처리부;상기 주사신호를 상기 화소부에 전달하는 제 1 버퍼; 및상기 발광제어신호를 상기 화소부에 전달하는 제 2 버퍼를 구비하며,상기 제 1 버퍼는 상기 제 2 버퍼 보다 빠른 응답속도를 갖는 발광 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 버퍼의 크기는 상기 제 1 버퍼의 크기보다 작게 구현되는 발광 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화소는,전류에 대응하여 빛을 발광하는 발광소자;상기 제 1 주사신호에 의해 온 상태가 되어 상기 데이터 신호를 전달하는 제 1 스위칭소자;상기 전달된 데이터 신호에 대응되는 전하를 충전하는 캐패시터;상기 캐패시터에 충전된 전하에 대응되는 구동전류를 전달하는 구동 트랜지스터; 및상기 제 2 주사신호에 의해 온 상태가 되어 상기 구동전류를 상기 발광소자에 전달하는 제 2 스위칭 소자를 포함하는 발광 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 버퍼와 상기 제 2 버퍼는 적어도 하나의 인버터가 직렬로 연결되어 구성되는 발광 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 데이터신호를 상기 화소부에 전달하는 데이터 구동부를 더 구비하는 발광 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 신호처리부는 입력신호를 시프트하여 복수의 출력단자로 시프트된 신호를 출력하는 시프트 레지스터; 및상기 시프트 레지스터의 복수의 출력신호를 연산하여 상기 주사신호와 상기 발광제어시호를 출력하는 게이트부를 포함하는 발광 표시장치.
- 입력신호를 시프트하여 복수의 출력단자로 시프트된 신호를 출력하는 시프트 레지스터와 상기 시프트 레지스터의 복수의 출력신호를 연산하여 임의의 화소를 선택하는 주사신호와 상기 선택된 화소에 전류가 흐르게 하는 발광제어신호를 출력하는 게이트부를 포함하는 신호처리부;상기 주사신호를 상기 화소부에 전달하는 제 1 버퍼; 및상기 발광제어신호를 상기 화소부에 전달하는 제 2 버퍼를 구비하며,상기 제 1 버퍼는 상기 제 2 버퍼 보다 빠른 응답속도를 갖는 주사 구동부.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 버퍼의 크기는 상기 제 1 버퍼의 크기보다 작게 구현되는 주사 구동부.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 화소는,전류에 대응하여 빛을 발광하는 발광소자;상기 제 1 주사신호에 의해 온 상태가 되어 상기 데이터 신호를 전달하는 제 1 스위칭소자;상기 전달된 데이터 신호에 대응되는 전하를 충전하는 캐패시터;상기 캐패시터에 충전된 전하에 대응되는 구동전류를 전달하는 구동 트랜지스터; 및상기 제 2 주사신호에 의해 온 상태가 되어 상기 구동전류를 상기 발광소자에 전달하는 제 2 스위칭 소자를 포함하는 주사 구동부.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 버퍼와 상기 제 2 버퍼는 적어도 하나의 인버터가 직렬로 연결되어 구성되는 주사 구동부.
