Claims (5)
- 외부의 모터에 연결된 회전축에 의하여 회전운동을 하며, 그 재질이 목재로 이루어지는 원형의 회전판;중심부에 개구부가 형성되고 상기 회전판에 평행하게 마주하도록 위치하며, 그 재질이 목재로 이루어지는 원형의 측판;상·하단이 상기 측판과 상기 회전판에 각각 접촉하도록 상기 회전판과 상기 측판 사이에 마련되고, 외측단과 내측단 사이에 형성되는 변곡점을 기준으로 호형의 외측 날개깃과 내측 날개깃으로 구분되며, 그 재질이 목재로 이루어지는 다수의 블레이드; 및상기 회전축의 동력을 상기 회전판에 전달하기 위하여 상기 회전판에 결합되는 것으로서 금속으로 형성되는 허브를 포함하여 구성되며,상기 블레이드의 상·하단은 접착제를 사용하여 상기 측판 및 상기 회전판에 각각 부착되며,상기 회전판의 중심으로부터 상기 변곡점을 지나는 직선을 법선이라 정의하고, 상기 블레이드의 외측단에서의 접선속도의 방향을 전방, 그 반대방향을 후방이라 정의할 때,상기 외측 날개깃과 상기 내측 날개깃은 상기 변곡점을 중심으로 점대칭 되며, 상기 외측 날개깃의 곡률반경의 중심은 상기 법선의 전방에 위치하고, 상기 내측 날개깃의 곡률반경의 중심은 상기 법선의 후방에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 송풍기용 임펠러.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 블레이드의 외측단은 상기 블레이드의 내측단보다 후방에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 송풍기용 임펠러.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 블레이드의 외측단은 상기 블레이드의 내측단보다 전방에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 송풍기용 임펠러.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 임펠러의 표면은 불연성 또는 난연성 페인트로 도장처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 송풍기용 임펠러.
