Claims (9)
- 흡입 라인(2)과 압축 공기 라인(4)을 갖춘 하나 이상의 물 분사식의 용적형 압축기 요소(1)와,상기 압축기 요소(1)용 구동 수단(5)과,상기 압축기 요소(1)가 설치되어 있는 물 순환 라인(6)으로서, 압축 공기 라인(4)에 설치되는 물 분리기(7)와, 이 물 분리기(7)의 바닥측과 압축기 요소(1)의 내부 공간 사이에서 연장되어 분리된 물을 복귀시키는 복귀 라인(8)을 구비하는 것인 물 순환 라인과,상기 물 순환 라인(6)에 물을 공급하는 물 공급 기구(15)로서, 내부의 제어 가능한 밸브(18)와 역삼투 필터(17)를 갖춘 물 공급 라인(16)과, 상기 물 순환 라인(6) 내의 물의 양을 측정하는 측정 기구(20)와, 상기 물 순환 라인(6)의 물의 전도율을 측정하는 측정 기구(24)를 구비하는 물 공급 기구(15)를 포함하는 압축기 설비로서,상기 물 순환 라인(6)에 이온 교환기(22)와 제어 가능한 밸브(23)가 설치되는 바이패스(21)가 연결되어, 상기 물 공급 라인(16)의 밸브(18)는 물 순환 라인(6)의 물의 양을 측정하는 측정 기구(20)에 의해 제어되고, 바이패스(21)의 밸브(23)는 물의 전도율을 측정하는 측정 기구(24)에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기 설비.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 바이패스(21)는 압축기 요소(1)를 우회하여, 복귀 라인(8)과 흡입 라인(2) 사이에서 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기 설비.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전도율 측정 기구(24)는 복귀 라인(8)에 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기 설비.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 물 공급 기구(15)는 흡입 라인(2)에 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기 설비.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 물 순환 라인(6)의 물의 양을 측정하는 측정 기구(20)는 물 분리기(7) 상에 부착되거나 그 내부에 마련되어 있는 측고계인 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기 설비.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 물 공급 기구(15)는 역삼투 필터(17)의 상류에서 물 공급 라인(16)에 설치되는 펌프(25)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기 설비.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 물 공급 기구(15)는 역삼투 필터(17)의 상류에서 물 공급 라인(16)에 설치되는 석회 제거기(26, decalcifier)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기 설비.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 물 순환 라인(6)에는 배출 라인(13)이 연결되어 있으며, 이 배출 라인에는 물 순환 라인(6)의 물의 양을 측정하는 측정 기구(20)에 의해 제어되는 밸브(14)가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기 설비.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 배출 라인(13)은 물 분리기(7)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기 설비.
