Claims (2)
- 다수의 이송로울러를 따라서 회전운동하고 회전방향이 서로 반대가 되는 무한궤도 형상의 탈수벨트(1)(1a)를 상하로 배치하여 상호접촉부가 밀착회전되게 구성하되 하측탈수벨트(1a)와 상측탈수벨트(1)가 만나는 입구 외측에서 하측탈수벨트(1a)가 외향으로 더 연장되는 궤도를 갖게 하여 슬러지(10)가 그위에 낙하하는 탈수이송부(120)와 상하탈수벨트(1)(1a)가 서로 만나는 투입구 내측에 6개의 압착로울러(111)를 지그재그 방향으로 설치하여 상하탈수벨트(1)(1a)가 서로 밀착되어 압착로울러(160)(161)사이를 통과하는 가압이송탈수부(110)와 가압이송탈수부(110)의 배출부측 상하탈수벨트(1)(1a)외면에 상하탈수벨트(1)(1a)가 회전하는 궤도 내부에 위치하고 상하탈수벨트(1)(1a)의 외표면에 밀착되게 별도의 타공로울러(160)(161)외면에 권착되도록 펠트로 만든 고압탈수벨트(170)(171)를 중첩되게 설치하여 상측 타공로울러(160) 지지축(160c)에 가압대(105)를 설치하고 가압대의 가압부를 가압실린더(106)로 가압할수 있게한 고압이송탈수부(130)를 포함하여 이루어지는 펠트타입의 슬러지 탈수장치.
- 상기 1항에서, 고압이송탈수부(130)은 상하 탈수벨트(1)(1a)가 회전하는 궤도내에 별도의 타공로울러(160)(161)를 배치하여 그 외면에 권착되도록 펠트를 만들고 무한궤도형상의 고압탈수벨트(170)(171)는 권취하여 이루어지고 상측타공로울 러(160)지지축(160c)에 가압대(105)를 설치하여 외측단을 지지부(105a)에 힌지축(105b)으로 연결하여 그 반대측은 가압실린더(106)의 가압봉(106a)에 연결하여 가압대(105)를 가압할수 있게한 구성인것을 포함하는 펠트타입의 슬러지 탈수장치.
