Claims (13)
- 원수 제공부; 및상기 원수 제공부와 결합되고, 오존 및 오존과 페록시라디칼의 반응으로 생성된 수산화라디칼로 원수를 처리하는 산화처리부;를 구비한 수처리 장치이고,자외선 조사하에 이산화타이타늄을 촉매로 하여 산소를 반응시켜 페록시라디칼을 생성하고, 상기 산화처리부로 상기 페록시라디칼을 유출하는 페록시라디칼 생성부를 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 페록시라디칼 생성부는 튜브 형상이며 튜브의 전부 또는 일부가 자외선 조사 방향으로 진행하는 코일 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이산화타이타늄은 상기 페록시라디칼 생성부의 내벽에 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 페록시라디칼 생성부는 원수 제공부와 연결되어 산소가 용존된 원수의 일부를 공급받는 유입구를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원수 유입부 및 산화처리부 중 하나 이상은 오존을 공급하는 오존 공급부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원수 유입부 및 산화처리부 중 하나 이상은 내부에 비용해 오존 및 용존오존을 미세기포로 나누는 여과지층을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 여과지층은 다공성 활성탄을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 페록시라디칼 생성부의 유입구에 과산화수소 주입부가 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원수 제공부, 페록시라디칼 생성부 및 산화처리부는 관형인 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 관형 페록시라디칼 생성부의 내부직경은 1~10mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 장치.
