Claims (8)
- 암모니아를 연소 연도 가스 흐름에 주입하여 연소 연도 가스를 컨디셔닝(conditioning)하는 방법에 있어서,우레아를 물에 용해시켜, 용해된 우레아 용액을 생성하고;상기 용해된 우레아 용액을 가열 및 가압하여, 가열 및 가압된 용해 우레아 용액을 생성하고;상기 가열 및 가압된 용해 우레아 용액 중의 용해된 우레아를 가수분해하여, 암모니아 및 이산화탄소를 포함하는 가수분해 용액을 생성하고;상기 가수분해 용액을 수증기와 접촉시킴으로써 상기 가수분해 용액으로부터 상기 암모니아 및 이산화탄소를 스트리핑(stripping)하여, 스트리핑된 가수분해 용액을 남기고;상기 암모니아 및 이산화탄소를 상기 연소 연도 가스 흐름에 주입하고;상기 스트리핑된 가수분해 용액을, 압력 및 온도가 우레아 용해 조작에 적합한 값으로 되게 한 후 상기 우레아의 용해를 위해 재순환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소 연도 가스 컨디셔닝 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 용해된 우레아 용액이 10 내지 70 중량% 범위의 우레아를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소 연도 가스 컨디셔닝 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 용해된 우레아가 100℃ 내지 233℃ 범위의 온도에서 가수분해되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소 연도 가스 컨디셔닝 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 용해된 우레아가 0.1 × 103 KPa 내지 3.0 × 103 KPa 범위의 압력에서 가수분해되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소 연도 가스 컨디셔닝 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 스트리핑된 가수분해 용액이 팽창되어 가수분해 증기를 생성하고, 이 가수분해 증기는 상기 암모니아 및 이산화탄소와 합쳐져, 상기 연소 연도 가스 흐름에 주입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소 연도 가스 컨디셔닝 방법.
