Claims (6)
- 화소전극 및 공통전극을 포함하는 다수 개의 박막트랜지스터가 매트릭스 상으로 형성되며 비표시 영역인 외곽에 제 1 메탈층이 형성된 제 1 기판과;상기 제 1 기판에 대향되는 제 2 기판과;상기 제 2 기판 상에 형성된 오버코트층과;상기 오버코트층 상에 상기 박막트랜지터와 중첩되게 매트릭스상으로 형성된 블랙매트릭스층과;상기 블랙매트릭스층 사이에 각각 형성된 R, G, B 칼라필터층과,상기 블랙매트릭스층 및 상기 R, G, B 칼라필터층을 덮도록 형성된 ITO층과;상기 ITO층 상에 상기 블랙매트릭스층과 중첩되게 형성된 제 2 메탈층과;상기 제 1 메탈층 상에 상기 ITO층과 접촉되도록 형성되어 상기 제 1 메탈층와 ITO층 사이를 선택적으로 전기적 연결 또는 차단하는 바이메탈층과;상기 제 1 기판과 제 2 기판 사이에 형성된 액정층을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 메탈층은 전기전도도가 높은 물질로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 메탈층은 MoW, Al-Nd 중 어느 하나로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 바이메탈층은 구리와 아연 합금으로 이루어진 제 1 합금과, 니켈과 철 합금으로 이루어진 제 2 합금층이 상호 맞붙어 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
