Claims (7)
- 로젠형의 압전 트랜스에 있어서,기계진동의 전달 방향에 있어서의 소자의 길이를 구동 주파수의 파장의 대략1/4로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 트랜스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 압전체가 압전재에 의해 형성되어 있고, 일차측 내부 전극이 마련된 압전 시트를 적층하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 트랜스.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,기계진동의 전달 방향에 있어서의 일차측 전극의 길이가 소자의 길이에 대하여 50 %∼80 %인 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 트랜스.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,기계진동의 전달 방향에 있어서의 일차측 전극의 길이가 소자의 길이에 대하여 65 %∼75 %인 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 트랜스.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 일차측 내부 전극의 단부를 압전시트의 단부로부터 어긋난 위치로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 트랜스.
- 압전체에 저압측 전극과 고압측 전극을 형성한 로젠형의 압전 트랜스에 있어서,기계진동의 전달 방향에 있어서의 소자의 길이를 구동 주파수의 파장의 대략1/4로 함과 동시에, 상기 저압측 전극을 고정한 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 트랜스.
- 압전체에 저압측 전극과 고압측 전극을 형성한 로젠형의 압전 트랜스 소자를 복수개 구비하고 있고, 각 압전 트랜스 소자는,기계진동의 전달 방향에 있어서의 소자의 길이가 구동 주파수의 파장의 대략1/4로서, 상기 저압측 전극을 고정함과 동시에, 상기 고압측 전극을 탄성 단자에 공통으로 접촉한 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 트랜스.
