Abstract
Description
도 2b는 고조파 튜닝된 LC 공진기의 특성을 나타낸 것이다.
좀더 상세히 설명하면 제1 공진회로는 두 개의 직렬 연결된 배랙터 다이오드들과 인덕터가 병렬로 연결된 LC 공진회로(80)이며, 제2 공진회로는 하나 이상의 인덕터(L1)와 하나 이상의 커패시터(C1)가 병렬 구성된 것을 포함하며, 제1 공진회로의 한쪽 단자와 직렬로 연결된 발진주파수의 공진회로(70)이며, 그리고 제3 공진회로는 하나 이상의 인덕터(L2)와 하나 이상의 커패시터(C2)가 병렬 구성된 것을 포함하며, 제1 공진회로의 다른 쪽 단자와 직렬로 연결된 세 번째 고조파의 공진회로(90)를 의미한다.
제2 공진회로인 발진주파수의 공진회로(70)와 제3 공진회로인 세 번째 고조파의 공진회로(90)는 인덕터와 커패시터가 병렬로 구성된다.
Claims (5)
- 제1 차동증폭기, 제2 차동증폭기, 상기 제1 및 제2 차동증폭기의 출력과 연결되는 LC 공진기 및 상기 제1 및 제2 차동증폭기 및 LC 공진기에 전류를 공급하는 전류미러회로를 구비하는 전압제어발진기에 있어서,상기 LC 공진기는두 개의 직렬 연결된 배랙터 다이오우드들과 인덕터가 병렬로 연결된 제1 공진 회로;하나 이상의 인덕터(L1)와 하나 이상의 커패시터(C1)가 병렬 구성된 것을 포함하며 상기 제1 공진회로의 전단 한 쪽 단자와 직렬로 연결된 제2 공진회로; 및하나 이상의 인덕터(L2)와 하나 이상의 커패시터(C2)가 병렬 구성된 것을 포함하며 상기 제1 공진회로의 후단 다른 쪽 단자와 직렬로 연결된 제3 공진회로;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LC 공진기를 이용한 전압제어발진기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 LC 공진기는발진 주파수(fo)와 세 번째 고조파(3fo)에서 개방(open), 두 번째 고조파(2fo)에서 단락(short)의 특성을 가지고 경사가 급한 기울기를 갖도록 전압제어발진기의 출력 전압 파형을 변형시키는 고조파 튜닝된 LC 공진회로로서, 전류공급원 잡음을 최소화하기 위한 필터삽입과 같은 역할을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LC 공진기를 이용한 전압제어발진기.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 차동증폭기 및 제2 차동증폭기는두 개의 트랜지스터가 크로스 커플(cross couple)된 래치 회로임을 특징으로 하는 LC 공진기를 이용한 전압제어발진기.
