Claims (1)
- 수처리설비, 화학, 환경설비 중 각종 여재층을 충전할 물질이동탑 내에 설치되어 유입 유량의 분배를 위해 허브에 연통된 방사형 유량 분사관의 분사면에 분사구멍들을 배치 설계하는 방법에 있어서,상기 탑의 반경부분에 위치한 한 개의 방사형 분사관(1)의 분사 분할면(1a)의 수(Ln)은 다음 [16]식을 만족하고, 상기 분사 분할면(1a)에 단열 또는 다열방식으로 배치되는 다수 개의 분사구멍(3) 들은 허브(4)를 기준으로 외측으로 갈수록 그 간격들이 점진적으로 좁아지는데, 상기 분사구멍(3)의 위치(Hn)들은 다음 [18]식에 의해 결정되고, 상기 분사구멍(3) 들의 총 설치 갯수(NTH)와 그 직경()은 다음 [19]식과 [23]식에 의해 각각 결정되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 물질이동탑내 방사형 분사관의 설계방법.(여기서 qH는 각 분사구멍(3)의 분사유량, u는 분사유량의 선속도)
