Claims (3)
- 교류 입력전원을 정류하는 AC 입력부와, 펄스폭변조된 제어신호를 생성하고 변압기의 1차 권선에 유도 기전력을 발생시키는 PWM IC와, 상기 변압기의 2차 권선에 발생된 교류전압을 정류하는 정류부와, 상기 정류부에 의하여 정류된 직류 전원에서 리플 전압을 감소시켜 부하에 제공하기 위한 고주파필터와, 상기 고주파필터로부터 출력되는 전압 및 전류를 허용범위 이내로 조절하기 위한 귀환부를 갖는 SMPS에서, 상기 SMPS의 출력 전류를 제한하기 위한 장치에 있어서,상기 고주파필터 내부에 구성되고, 상기 SMPS 출력 전류가 증가함에 따라 역기전력이 발생하는 리액터;상기 리액터에 연결되어, 상기 리액터에 유기된 역기전력이 기준값을 초과하는지 여부를 판단하기 위한 SMPS 출력전류감지부; 및상기 SMPS 출력전류감지부의 판단 결과 상기 리액터에 유기된 역기전력이 상기 기준값을 초과하는 경우에는, 상기 귀환부 내부의 포토커플러에 과전류를 흐르도록 하여 상기 PWM IC의 듀티를 감소시킴으로써, 상기 PWM IC의 스위칭 동작을 정지시키는 SMPS 출력차단부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 SMPS 출력전류 제한장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 SMPS 출력전류감지부는,에미터는 상기 정류부와 상기 리액터의 접점에 연결되고, 베이스는 상기 리 액터와 상기 부하의 접점에 연결되며, 컬렉터는 상기 SMPS 출력차단부와 연결되는 PNP 트랜지스터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 SMPS 출력전류 제한장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 SMPS 출력차단부는,베이스가 상기 SMPS 출력전류감지부와 연결되고, 에미터는 접지되며, 컬렉터는 상기 귀환부 내부에 구성된 레귤레이터의 캐소드와 포토커플러 사이에 연결되는 NPN 트랜지스터; 및상기 NPN 트랜지스터의 베이스와 에미터 사이에 연결되고, 상기 리액터에 유기된 역기전력이 상기 기준값을 초과하는 경우에, 상기 SMPS 출력전류감지부를 경유하여 소정의 전압이 인가되는 저항을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 SMPS 출력전류 제한장치.
