Claims (9)
- 절삭면을 갖는 다이아몬드 공구에 있어서,상기 절삭면의 표면에 CrC 및 CrN의 1종 또는 2종으로 이루어진 코팅층이 형성되어 있고; 코팅 전의 절삭면의 중심선 평균 거칠기(Ra)는 4∼100㎛이고; 그리고상기 코팅층은 단층 또는 다층인 것을 특징으로 하는 다이아몬드 공구
- 제1항에 있어서. 다이아몬드 공구가 PCBN 다이아몬드 공구 또는 PCD 다이아몬드 공구인 것을 특징으로 하는 다이아몬드 공구
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 코팅층이 CVD법또는 PVD법에 의하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이아몬드 공구
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 코팅층의 두께는 0.5 ~ 10㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 다이아몬드 공구
- 제3항에 있어서, 코팅층의 두께는 0.5 ~ 10㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 다이아몬드 공구
