Claims (9)
- 방사율이 0.8 이상인 철산화물 10∼70중량%, 방사율이 0.88 이상인 코발트산화물 2∼30중량%, 방사율이 0.88 이상인 니켈산화물 2∼30중량%, 무기 결합재 5∼40중량% 및 수분 10∼60중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열방사성이 우수한 혼합금속산화물계 내화도료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 철산화물은 철광석, 환원철광석, 환원산화철 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합금속산화물계 내화도료.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 철광석의 평균 입경은 1∼75㎛이고, 상기 철광석 성분 중 Fe성분이 30중량% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합금속화합물계 내화도료.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 환원산화철은 사산화삼철(Fe3O4) 또는 산화제일철 (FeO)인 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합금속산화물계 내화도료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코발트산화물은 산화코발트(Ⅱ), 산화코발트(Ⅲ), 산화코발트(Ⅳ), 사산화삼코발트 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합금속산화물계 내화도료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 니켈산화물은 산화니켈(Ⅱ), 산화니켈(Ⅲ), 과산화니켈 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합금속산화물계 내화도료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기결합재는 고형분 함량이 10∼60중량%이고 입자크기가 1∼100㎚인 알루미나졸, 실리카졸, 알칼리 실리케이트 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합금속산화물계 내화도료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 철산화물, 니켈산화물, 코발트산화물은 금속미립자 또는 이의 산화물이 담지 또는 도핑된 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합금속산화물계 내화도료.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 혼합금속산화물계 내화도료를 공업용 가열로의 화로 또는 벽면 ㎡당 0.3∼3㎏의 양으로 도포 또는 코팅시켜 피막을 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅방법.
