Claims (3)
- 젤리롤을 케이스 내부에 삽입한 후, 상기 케이스 상단으로 커버를 부착하여 통상적인 방법으로 실링하는 버튼형 리튬전지의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 케이스(10) 내부 및 커버(20) 하부에 단차(11,21)가 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 버튼형 리튬전지의 제조방법
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 젤리롤(30)은 양극용 집전판(31) 상부에 그와 대응하는 음극용 집전판(32)을 적층하고, 그 상부에 상기 음극용 집전판(32)의 연결부(37)를 일측방향으로 말아 다시 음극용 집전판(32')을 적층하고, 상기 음극용 집전판(32') 상부에 그와 대응하는 양극용 집전판(31')을 적층하고, 그 상부에 상기 양극용 집전판(31')의 연결부(36)를 반대방향으로 말아 다시 양극용 집전판(31")을 적층하고, 상기 양극용 집전판(31") 상부에 그와 대응하는 음극용 집전판(32")을 적층하는 과정을 수회 반복하여 형성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 버튼형 리튬전지의 제조방법.
- 상기 청구항 1항 또는 2항의 제조방법에 의해 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 버튼형 리튬전지.
