Claims (3)
- 재생 폴리우레탄과 재생 폴리비닐푸틸랄을 전체 중량에 대하여 10:90%∼90:10%의 비율로 혼합, 교반하는 혼합공정과;혼합공정에 의하여 고르게 혼합된 재생 폴리우레탄과 재생 폴리비닐푸틸랄을 일정한 두께(약 0.3∼3㎜)로 용융 성형하는 압연공정과;소정의 두께로 압연된 시트가 식지 않은 상태에서 신속하게 표면을 평활하게 하면서 다져주는 평활공정과;평활하게 된 시트를 냉각시킨 후 일정한 규격으로 절단하는 냉각공정과;냉각된 시트를 건조하면서 표면을 코팅처리하는 건조공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생 수지를 이용한 방수시트 제조방법.
- 재생 폴리우레탄과 재생 폴리비닐푸틸랄을 각각 독립하여 혼합, 교반하여 일정한 두께로 용융 성형하는 압연공정과;소정의 두께로 압연된 각각의 시트가 식지 않은 상태에서 신속하게 표면을 평활하게 하면서 다져주는 평활공정과;평활하게 된 각각의 시트를 냉각시키면서 일정한 규격으로 절단하는 냉각공정과;냉각된 각각의 시트를 건조하면서 표면을 코팅처리 하는 건조공정과;각각 일정한 두께로 성형된 시트를 하나의 시트가 되도록 합지하는 합지공정 으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생 수지를 이용한 방수시트 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서;상기 재생 폴리우레탄과 재생 폴리비닐푸틸랄을 합지하여 방수시트를 제조할 경우에는 시공성을 높일 수 있도록 접착성이 우수한 재생 폴리비닐푸틸랄을 하측에 위치시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생 수지를 이용한 방수시트 제조방법.
