Claims (8)
- 화소가 배열되는 화소영역을 구비하는 기판과;상기 화소에 전원전압을 공급하기 위한 전원라인과;상기 화소에 캐소드전압을 공급하기 위한, 캐소드콘택을 구비하는 캐소드전극을 포함하며,상기 전원라인의 입력측과 캐소드전극의 캐소드콘택이 화소영역을 두고 서로 대향하도록 상기 기판상에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계 발광표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캐소드전극은 외부로부터 캐소드전압을 인가하기 위한 캐소드버스라인을 더 구비하며, 상기 캐소드버스라인과 상기 캐소드콘택을 통해 접촉되어 외부로부터 캐소드전압을 상기 화소로 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계 발광표시장치.
- 화소가 배열되는 화소영역을 구비하는 기판과;상기 화소에 전원전압을 공급하기 위한 전원라인과;상기 화소에 캐소드전압을 공급하기 위한, 캐소드콘택을 구비하는 캐소드전극을 포함하며,상기 전원라인의 입력측과 캐소드전극의 캐소드콘택은 전원라인의 전압강하와 캐소드전극의 전압강하의 합이 일정하도록 화소영역의 외곽부 기판상에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계 발광표시장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 캐소드전극은 외부로부터 캐소드전압을 인가하기 위한 캐소드버스라인을 더 구비하며, 상기 캐소드버스라인과 상기 캐소드콘택을 통해 접촉되어 외부로부터 캐소드전압을 상기 화소로 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계 발광표시장치.
- 적어도 애노드전극과 캐소드전극을 구비하는 화소가 배열되는 화소영역을 구비하는 기판과;상기 화소에 전원전압을 공급하기 위한 전원라인을 포함하며,상기 전원라인에 연결되는 모든 화소의 상기 애노드전극과 캐소드전극간의 전압차가 일정하게 되도록, 상기 전원라인의 입력측과 캐소드전극의 캐소드콘택이 화소영역의 외곽부에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계 발광표시장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 캐소드전극은 외부로부터 캐소드전압을 인가하기 위한 캐소드버스라인을 더 구비하며, 상기 캐소드버스라인과 상기 캐소드콘택을 통해 접촉되어 외부로부터 캐소드전압을 상기 화소로 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계 발광표시장치.
- 화소가 배열되는 화소영역을 구비하는 기판과;상기 화소에 전원전압을 공급하기 위한 다수의 입력측을 구비하는 전원라인과;상기 화소에 캐소드전압을 공급하기 위한, 캐소드콘택을 구비하는 캐소드전극을 포함하며,캐소드전극의 캐소드콘택은 화소영역의 외곽부중 전원전압의 다수의 입력측이 배열되지 않은 기판상에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계 발광표시장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 캐소드전극은 외부로부터 캐소드전압을 인가하기 위한 캐소드버스라인을 더 구비하며, 상기 캐소드버스라인과 상기 캐소드콘택을 통해 접촉되어 외부로부터 캐소드전압을 상기 화소로 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계 발광표시장치.
