Claims (4)
- 피측정유체가 흐르는 흐름관내에, 흐름에 대향하여 형성된 와류 발생체와,상기 와류 발생체의 양 측면 각각에 개방된 한 끝단을 가지며, 상기 흐름관의 유체와 연결되어 통하는 두 개의 측면 도관과,상기 와류 발생체의 앞면에 개방된 한 끝단을 가지며, 상기 흐름관과 연결되어 통하는 앞면 도관과,퍼지공급원으로부터 소정의 유량을 가진 퍼지유체를 상기 측면 도관 및 앞면 도관의 다른 끝단에 공급하며, 상기 측면 도관 및 앞면 도관을 통하여 피측정유체에 퍼지유체를 도입하는 퍼지류 도입수단을 구비하는 퍼지식 와류 유량계로서,상기 와류 발생체로부터 발생하는 와류는 흐름관 내의 유체에 생성된 와류 변동압력에 대응하는 상기 측면 도관내에 흐르는 상기 퍼지유체의 유량 또는 유속의 변동신호로서 검출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 퍼지식 와류 유량계.

- 피측정유체가 흐르는 흐름관내에, 흐름에 대향하여 형성된 와류 발생체와,상기 와류 발생체의 양 측면 각각의 근방에 배치된 한 끝단을 가지며, 상기 흐름관의 외부에 연결되어 통하는 두 개의 측면 도관과,상기 와류 발생체의 앞면에 개방된 한 끝단을 가지며, 상기 흐름관에 연결되어 통하는 앞면 도관과,퍼지공급원으로부터 소정의 유량을 가진 퍼지유체를 상기 측면 도관 및 앞면 도관의 다른 끝단에 공급하며, 상기 측면 도관 및 앞면 도관을 통하여 피측정유체에 퍼지유체를 도입하는 퍼지류 도입수단을 구비하는 퍼지식 와류 유량계로서,상기 와류 발생체로부터 발생하는 와류의 신호를, 와류 변동압력에 따라 유동하는 상기 도관내를 통과하는 상기 퍼지유체의 유량 또는 유속의 변동신호로서 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 퍼지식 와류 유량계.
