- 삭제
- 슬라이딩부품을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,니켈(Ni)성분이 전체 조성물의 중량비를 기준으로 26 ~ 28중량%, 실리콘(Si)성분이 전체 조성물의 중량비를 기준으로 2.0 ~ 2.8중량%, 붕소(B)성분이 전체 조성물의 중량비를 기준으로 1.0 ~ 1.8중량%, 탄소(C)성분이 전체 조성물의 중량비를 기준으로 0.1 ~ 1.0중량%, 나머지가 탄화텅스텐(WC) 성분인 혼합분말로 성형체를 성형하는 단계와;상기 성형체를 소결하는 단계와;접촉된 상기 소결체와 철계 모재를 상호 접합시키되, 상기 소결체에 미세 기공을 형성할 수 있도록 상기 소결체와 철계 모재를 열처리하는 접합 열처리 단계를 포함하는 슬라이딩부품 제조방법.
- 슬라이딩부품을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,니켈(Ni)성분이 전체 조성물의 중량비를 기준으로 26 ~ 28중량%, 실리콘(Si)성분이 전체 조성물의 중량비를 기준으로 2.0 ~ 2.8중량%, 탄화붕소(B4C)성분이 전체 조성물의 중량비를 기준으로 1.0 ~ 1.8중량%, 탄소(C)성분이 전체 조성물의 중량비를 기준으로 0.1 ~ 0.5중량%, 나머지가 탄화텅스텐(WC) 성분인 혼합분말로 성형체를 성형하는 단계와;상기 성형체를 소결하는 단계와;접촉된 상기 소결체와 철계 모재를 상호 접합시키되, 상기 소결체에 미세 기공을 형성할 수 있도록 상기 소결체와 철계 모재를 열처리하는 접합 열처리 단계를 포함하는 슬라이딩부품 제조방법.
