Claims (5)
- 아크릴 생모노머를 진공통에 넣고 진공펌프를 사용하여 아크릴 모노머에 용해되어 있는 용존산소를 제거하는 단계; 상기 진공통을 상압으로 변환시키기 위해 질소 또는 아르곤 가스를 채워 산소가 차단된 아크릴 원료를 준비하는 단계; 아크릴 원료가 흘러내리지 않도록 상판과 하판으로 이루어진 유리판틀의 4면에 실리콘가스켓을 포함하는 밀폐가스켓을 설치하는 단계; 개구부를 통하여 아크릴 원료를 유리판틀 안에 질소 또는 아르곤 가스 압력으로 주입하여 봉입하는 단계; 유리판의 상판과 하판을 ㄷ자형 조임쇠를 포함하는 조임쇠를 사용하여 조이는 단계; 상기 유리판틀을 대형 오븐에 넣고 공기강제순환방식으로 중합시키는 단계; 상기 중합에 의한 경화가 끝난 후 100~125℃에서 열풍 처리하여 냉각시킨 후 유리틀로부터 아크릴판재를 떼어내어 아크릴 판재를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴 판재의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 중합은 본중합 전에 예비중합 공정을 사용하지 않고 모노머에 함유되어 있는 용존산소를 제거한 상태로 본중합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴 판재의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 밀폐가스켓은 실리콘 가스켓을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴 판재의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 조임쇠는 ㄷ자형 조임쇠를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴 판재의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 중합은 수중 경화방식을 사용하지 않고 대형 오븐에서 공기강제순환방식으로 본중합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴 판재의 제조방법.
