Claims (10)
- 구형으로 형성된 탄소코어부, 및상기 탄소코어부의 외부를 구형의 껍질(spherical shell) 형태로 덮고 있는 베타-탄화규소 코팅층;을 포함하며, 평균입경이 0.1 내지 500㎛인 구형 탄소입자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 구형 탄소입자는 하기 수학식 1을 만족하는 구상의 구형 입자를 10 중량% 이상 포함하며, 나머지로 하기 수학식 2를 만족하는 구상의 구형입자를 포함하는 것인 탄소층 위에 베타-탄화규소가 코팅되어 있는 구형 탄소입자:[수학식 1]0.99 ≤ a/b ≤ 1상기 식에서, a는 입자의 단경이고, b는 입자의 장경이다.[수학식 2]0.1 ≤ a/b ≤ 0.99상기 식에서, a는 입자의 단경이고, b는 입자의 장경이다.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 구형 탄소입자는a) 탄소 전구체, 및 표면이 소수성으로 처리된 실리카를 100: 0.1 내지 1000의 중량비로 혼합하고; 및b) 상기 a)단계의 혼합물을 1 내지 100 ℃/분의 승온속도로 700 내지 1000 ℃의 온도에서 1 내지 10시간 동안 비활성 분위기에서 소성하고, 다시 1 내지 100 ℃/분의 승온속도로 가열하여 1400 내지 1600 ℃의 온도에서 30분 내지 10 시간 동안 재소성하는 과정에 의해 얻어진 것인 구형 탄소입자.
- 베타-탄화규소로 형성되고 구형의 껍질형태를 가지는 껍질층; 및상기 껍질층 내부를 형성하는 내부가 빈 공간부;를 포함하는 구형 베타-탄화규소.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 내부가 빈 공간부는 껍질층 내의 탄소코어를 공기중에서 소성에 의해 제거하여 형성된 것인 구형 베타-탄화규소.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 소성은 공기중에서 10 ℃/분의 승온 속도로 가열하여 800 ℃에서 15시간 이하로 유지시켜 이루어지는 것인 구형 베타-탄화규소.
