Claims (13)
- 기판과;상기 기판의 일면에 형성되고, 제1전극, 유기층, 제2전극 순으로 적층되어 이루어진 유기 전계 발광부와;상기 기판과 상기 기판의 가장자리에 배치된 밀봉재에 의하여 결합되어 상기 유기 전계 발광부가 수용된 내부 공간을 밀봉하는 봉지 커버와;상기 봉지 커버의 내측면에 설치되어 상기 내부 공간의 수분 등을 흡수하는 흡습제와;상기 밀봉재의 경화도와, 상기 기판과 봉지 커버에 대한 접착력을 높이기 위한 것으로 상기 밀봉재와 봉지 커버 사이에 형성된 버퍼층;을 구비하고,상기 봉지 커버는 소다라임 글라스로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광표시장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 봉지 커버의 외측면에 버퍼층이 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 봉지 커버의 내측면에 흡습제가 수용되는 수용부가 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광표시장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 봉지 커버의 외측면과 수용부 내에 버퍼층이 각각 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광표시장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 봉지 커버의 수용부 내에 버퍼층이 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광표시장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 버퍼층은 스핀-코팅 또는 딥 코팅에 의하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 기판은 유리 기판 또는 투명한 절연 기판인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제2전극의 상면에는 무기물로 이루어진 보호막이 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광표시장치.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 보호막은 금속 산화물 또는 금속 질화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 기판과 봉지 커버 사이의 내부 공간은 진공인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 기판과 봉지 커버 사이의 내부 공간은 불활성 기체로 충전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광표시장치.
