Claims (9)
- 삭제
- 열수 공정을 통하여 티타늄 함유 수산화물과 바륨 수산화물로부터 바륨티탄산 분말을 합성하는 방법에 있어서,열수 반응 시 Ti:Ba=1:1의 몰비가 되도록 티타늄 함유 수산화물과 바륨 수산화물을 각각 정량하는 단계와;정량된 티타늄 함유 수산화 분말과, 정량된 바륨 수산화물을 증류수에 용해시킨 0.1∼3.0m 농도의 바륨 수산화물 용액을 혼합하여 슬러리를 만드는 단계와;슬러리를 열수 반응기에서 100∼250℃의 온도로 열수 반응시켜 1차 티탄산 바륨 분말을 만드는 단계와;합성된 상기 1차 티탄산 분말을 여과하고 수세 건조하는 단계와;여과 및 수세 건조된 상기 1차 티탄산 바륨 분말을 900∼1300℃의 온도로 하소하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 티탄산 바륨 분말의 제조 방법.

- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 바륨 수산화물의 정량은 Ba(OH)2·8H2O와 BaCO3의 용용해도 차이를 이용하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 티탄산 바륨 분말의 제조 방법.
