Claims (4)
- 매립 석탄회 준비단계와;상기 준비단계에서 준비된 매립 석탄회를 마광하는 마광단계와; 그리고,상기 마광단계에서 마광된 매립 석탄회에 포수제를 첨가하여 상기 매립 석탄회의 탄소표면의 소수성을 부여하는 소수성부여한 후, 기포제를 첨가하여 기포를 발생시켜 탄소를 부유시킴으로써 탄소 정탄과 회분을 분리하는 1차 부유선별단계를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 부유선별에 의한 매립 석탄회 정제방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 마광단계에서는 상기 매립 석탄회를 로드 밀에 의해 8~12메쉬로 마광하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부유선별에 의한 매립 석탄회 정제방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 1차 부유선별단계에서는, 상기 매립 석탄회를 포수제로서 등유를 첨가한 후 4~6분간 교반하여 소수성을 부여하고, 기포제로 소나무 뿌리가 가공된 파인오일을 첨가하여 4~6분간 교반하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부유선별에 의한 매립 석탄회 정제방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 1차 부유선별단계 이후 상기 1차 선별단계에 의해 회수된 탄소 정탄에 포수제로서 등유를 첨가한 후 4~6분간 교반하여 소수성을 부여하고, 기포제로 소나무 뿌리가 가공된 파인오일을 첨가하여 4~6분간 교반하여 탄소 최종 정탄을 분리하는 2차 부유선별단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부유선별에 의한 매립 석탄회 정제방법.
