Claims (34)
- 과산화수소, 탄산나트륨과 수성매체를 반응용기에 주입하고, 여기서 과산화수소와 탄산나트륨을 반응시켜서 용액으로부터 침전하는 과탄산 나트륨을 형성시키고, 침전된 과탄산 나트륨을 모액과 분리하여 생성물을 회수하고, 모액의 최소한 분획을 반응용기로 재순환 시키는 과탄산 나트륨에서 연속 제조방법에 있어서,단계 a)에서, 재순환된 모액을 20∼50℃의 온도범위 내에서 유지되는 용해탱크에 계속적으로 공급하고, 용액에서 탄산나트륨의 농도가 포화용액의 95%를 초과하지 않도록 상대 공급율과 온도를 제어하고;단계 b)에서, 탄산나트륨 용액을 용해탱크에서 연속적으로 회수하고;단계 c)에서, 단계 b)에서 용해탱크로 부터 회수한 탄산나트륨 용액과 농축된 과산화수소를 모액의 과탄산 나트륨 입자 현탁액을 함유하는 교반되는 반응용기에 연속적으로 주입하여 10∼25℃ 범위 내에서 온도를 유지하면서 H2O2와 Na2CO3로 계산된 몰비를 0.7:1 이상 1.3:1 이하의 범위 내에서 유지하므로서, 과탄산 나트륨을 계속적으로 형성시키고 침전시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기 연속 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 용해탱크의 탄산나트륨 농도를 포화농도의 60∼90 중량% 범위 내에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 용해탱크의 온도를 15∼35℃ 범위에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 반응용기에서 과산화수소와 탄산나트륨의 몰비가 0.8 내지 1.2:1 범위에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 결정기를 10∼25℃ 범위의 온도에서 유지함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 결정기에서 탄산나트륨의 농도를 100∼160 g/㎏ 범위에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 결정기에서 과산화수소의 농도를 25∼65 g/㎏ 범위에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 모액이 과산화수소 알카리성 수용액의 하나 또는 그 이상의 안정화제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 하나 또는 그 이상의 과산화수소 안정화제를 용해탱크에 주입함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 안정화제를 규산나트륨과 폴리카르복실레이트 와/또는 폴리포스포네이트 착화제에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 반응을 결정벽 변형제의 존재하에 행함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 결정벽 변형제를 알카리 금속이나 암모늄염 또는 아크릴산 이나 메타크릴산의 동종 또는 공중합체와 알카리 금속 인산염에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 결정벽 변형제가 폴리아크릴산염 또는 폴리아크릴산염과 피로인산염의 혼합물에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 모액을 결정기에서 회수하여, 결정기에서 회수된 과탄산나트륨 현탁액과 분리된 모액의 최소한의 분획과 함께 용해탱크에 주입함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 모액을 결정기의 안정지역에서 회수함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 모든 탄산나트륨이 반응용기로 직접 주입됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 주입성분의 총량을 기준으로 10중량% 이상의 탄산나트륨을 반응용기에 직접 주입함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 유동 또는 재순환 모액이나 반응용기에 공급되는 용해탱크에서 회수된 액체에 과탄산 나트륨을 주입시키므로서 탄산나트륨 미립자를 직접 반응용기에 주입함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 모액이 100 g/㎏ 이하 용액의 농도로 할라이드-유리 염석제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 결정기가 결정기 분급기의 통합부분을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 모액이 할라이드 염석제를 함유하지 않음을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 모액이 염석제를 함유하지 않음을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 고체 탄산나트륨을 재순환된 모액 또는 탄산나트륨의 탱크에서 회수된 액체의 흐름에 주입하여 현탁시킴을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 주입성분의 총량을 기준하여 35∼90중량%의 탄산나트륨은 모액의 용해를 통하여 주입하고 나머지는 고체형태로 주입함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 24 항에 있어서, 1∼5중량%의 피복제로 피복하는데 충분한 양으로 황산나트륨을 임의로 함유하는, 모액과 과탄산 나트륨을 접촉시킨 다음 생성딘 혼합물을 건조시켜서 피복을 행함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 본질적으로 500㎛ ~ 1200㎛의 평균입자 크기를 갖는 것으로, 7일 숙성 후 40℃에서 16시간 가열시 3μ W/g 이하의 열방사를 나타내는 생성물임을 특징으로 하는 건조 과탄산 나트륨 미립자.
- 제 26 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 다음 특징:c) 과산화수소와 탄산나트륨을 함유하는 체적용액으로부터 결정화에 의하여 제조하고;d) 염화물이 없는 방법으로 제조하고;e) 30 g/㎏ 이하의 32℃에서와 80% 상대습도에서 24시간 이상의 저장으로 수분 픽업을 가지고;f) 800∼1100 g/㎏의 겉보기 체적밀도를 가지며;g) 1∼8 g/㎏의 총량으로 규산나트륨과 폴리아크릴산염에서 선택한 하나 또는 그 이상의 결정벽 변형제와 하나 이상의 포스폰산염 안정화제를 함유하고 특징을 갖는 과탄산 나트륨 미립자.
- 제 26 항 또는 제 27 항에 있어서, 600∼650 미크론의 평균입자 크기를 갖고 염화물-유리 염석제를 사용하는 방법으로 얻음을 특징으로 하는 과탄산 나트륨 미립자.
- 제 26 항 또는 제 27 항에 있어서, 750 미크론의 평균입자 크기를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 과탄산 나트륨 미립자.
- 제 26 항 또는 제 27 항에 있어서, 결정기-분급기를 사용하여 얻음을 특징으로 하는 과탄산 나트륨 미립자.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 연속 단계에서 무기 또는 유기 피복제나 이들의 혼합물로 과탄산 나트륨을 피복함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계 a)에서 탄산 나트륨 미립자를 용해 탱크에 계속적으로 공급함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 32 항에 있어서, 단계 c)에서 탄산 나트륨 미립자를 교반되는 반응용기에 연속적으로 주입함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 모액을 결정기에서 회수하여, 결정기에서 회수된 과탄산 나트륨 현탁액과 모액의 최소한의 분획 대신에 용해 탱크에 주입함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
