Claims (3)
- 포름산 니켈 2수화물, 포름산 니켈 무수화물 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 니켈 전구 화합물을 끓는점이 197-277℃이고, 끓는점이 열분해온도보다 높은 유기용매에서 195-250℃로 열분해하는 니켈 금속분말 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 용매는 벤질알콜, 옥탄올, 데카놀, 에틸렌 글리콜, 다이에틸렌 글리콜, 트리에틸렌 글리콜 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 니켈 금속분말 제조방법
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 유기용매 대 니켈 전구화합물의 중량비가 10:1 ~ 1:1임을 특징으로 하는 니켈 금속분말 제조방법
