Abstract

본 발명은 라미네이트필름용 흠(흉터)생성 방지기능을 갖는 OPP필름에 관한 것으로 이는 OPP필름에 코로나방전 처리한 다음 메쉬로울러로 그라비아인쇄방법으로 1차 및 2차에 걸쳐 매트잉크로 매트처리하고 건조 숙성시키므로서 흠(흉터)발생 방지 라미네이트용 OPP필름에 관한 것임.

Description

라미네이트필름용 흠(흉터)발생 방지기능을 갖는 OPP필름{OPP FILM CAPABLE OF PREVENTING SCAR FOR LAMINATE FILM}
본 발명은 광고물, 카다로그 및 책표지 등의 인쇄표면을 기계적 및 화학적인 매트(Matt) 잉크 처리한 필름으로 라미네이트할 경우 흠(흉터) 발생을 방지할 수 있는 흠(흉터) 발생 방지용 OPP필름에 관한 것이다.
원래 라미네이트 분야에서 라미네이트필름을 매트(Matt) 처리하는 필요성은 라미네이트시 필름에 사용되는 합성수지필름의 특성으로 고광택성을 지니고 있어 라미네이트면이 반사됨을 방지함과 동시에 필름면에 품위 있고 고풍스러운 질감을 부여하기 위한 수단으로 사용하여 왔으며 종래에는 폴리에스텔필름을 매트처리하여 라미네이트필름으로 사용하여 왔다.
여기에서 폴리에스텔필름은 OPP필름에 비해 3배 이상의 고가필름 이여서 경제적인 부담이 크고 기능면에서도 경질성의 문제로 피착물과 분리되는 현상이 종종 발생하며 그밖에도 종이재질로된 피착물과 수축성의 차이로 컬링(Curling)현상이 발생하는 문제점이 있었다.
또 현재까지 사용하고 있는 종래 매트처리한 폴리에스텔필름은 미세입자로된 샌드 또는 아루미나입자 등의 고압분사에 의한 부라스트수단이나 코로나방전처리 기타 엠보싱 등의 물리적인 수단에 의하여 처리한 무광택용 폴리에스텔필름으로 라미네이트면에 나타나는 매트처리면이 외압이나 충격에 의하여 쉽게 흠(흉터)이 발생하여 상품가치를 손상시키는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 염가의 OPP필름을 사용하므로서 경쟁력을 갖게 함과 동시에 OPP필름의 유연성으로 피착물과의 분리현상을 방지하고 컬링현상을 방지할 수 있으며 코로나방전 및 매트조각된 동판실린더로울러로 매트처리한 필름면에 화학적인 방법으로 매트잉크로 코팅하므로서 컬링현상까지 방지할 수 있는 흠(흉터)발생 방지용 OPP필름을 제공함에 있다.
본 발명은 라미네이트필름으로 사용되는 흠(흉터)발생을 방지할 수 있는 OPP필름에 관한 것으로 먼저 제조방법을 설명하면 OPP필름면에 1차 물리적인 매트처리 수단으로 코로나방전 표면처리를 행하고 그 위에 매쉬로울러로 그라비아인쇄방법으로 1차 및 2차에 걸쳐 매트잉크로 매트처리한 OPP필름으로 그 제조방법을 구체적으로 설명하면 도1에서와 같이 OPP필름 언와인더(1)로부터 공급되는 OPP필름이 안내로울러(2)를 통과하여 코로나방전처리장치(3)를 거치면서 코로나방전처리 한 다음 압동로울러(4)와 맞물리는 매트조각된 동판실린더로울러(4')를 통과하면서 1차 매트처리와 동시에 매트잉크가 코팅 첨착되고 안내로울러(5)를 거쳐 압동로울러(6)와 맞물리는 매트조각된 동판실린더로울러(6')를 통과하면서 2차 매트처리와 동시에 매트잉크를 코팅 첨착시킨 다음 안내로울러(7)을 통과 건조실(8)에서 충분히 건조되어 안내로울러(9)를 경유 리와인더(10)에 감기게 된다.
이상에서 코로나방전처리는 다음의 매트처리 효과를 상승시키기 위한 사전처리로 매트처리 상승효과를 기대할 수 있다.
또 매트조각된 동판실린더로울러(4')는 1°메쉬 동판이고 동판실린더로울러(6')는 2°메쉬 동판이며 동판실린더로울러의 조각은 레이저가공이나 헤리오가공으로 조각되고 매트조각의 형상은 다이아몬드형으로 인치당 200개 정도로 조각되어 있다.
그리고 상기 코로나방전처리 가공 위에 코팅 첨착되는 매트잉크는 폴리에스텔수지와 아크릴수지의 혼합수지로 혼합수지의 중량비가 50~70%, 소광제(SiO2) 5~10% 나머지가 유기 20~45% 용제로 구성된다.
이와 같은 방법으로 제조된 라미네이트필름용 흠(흉터) 방지기능을 갖는 OPP필름의 구성을 요약하면 OPP필름 일측면에 코로나방전 처리하고 그 위에 1차 및 2차 매트잉크로 매트처리를 행한 다음 건조 숙성시킨 OPP필름이라 할 수 있다.
본 발명에 의한 라미네이트용 흠(흉터)발생 방지기능을 갖는 OPP필름은 종래의 매트가공 처리가 힘들고 고가인 폴리에스텔필름에 비하여 경제적으로 크게 유리하며 기능면에서도 폴리에스텔필름에 비하여 유연성이 있어 라미네이트 처리후 피착물과 분리되는 현상이 없고 컬링현상이 발생하지 않으며 흠(흉터) 발생을 방지함은 물론 더욱 고풍스럽고 질감을 갖는 라미네이트필름을 얻을 수 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. OPP필름 일측면에 코로나방전처리하고 그 위에 메쉬로울러로 그라비아인쇄방법으로 1차 및 2차에 걸쳐 매트잉크로 매트처리한 다음 열처리 건조 숙성시킨 라미네이트필름용 흠(흉터)발생 방지기능을 갖는 OPP필름.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    매트잉크는 폴리에스텔수지와 아크릴혼합수지로 혼합수지의 중량비가 50~70%, 소광제(SiO2) 5~10%, 용제 20~45% 임을 특징으로 하는 흠(흉터)발생 방지기능을 갖는 OPP필름.
